A Vision Board (Dream Board) is a visual representation of everything you dream, want, do, hope to have, and already are, that acts as a personal creative roadmap, guiding your mind, heart and soul towards achieving your goals

This live interactive Workshop will include:

  • Discussion on the science of vision boards from its earliest inception.

  • A guided meditation to help you get very clear on your Vision for this year.

Creating with Heart Journal

A heart journal is a creative twist on an art journal.

This journal is your sacred place to paint, draw, collage, write, paste, and fill with images and words that speak to your heart. A place to explore feelings, desires, hurts, and hopes.

No artistic skill is needed for creating your heArt journal, just you and your beautiful creative spirit.

This workshop will include:

  • Introduction to the heart Journal

  • Instruction on using different materials to create your journal

  • How to prep the pages in your journal for painting and collage and create interesting backgrounds

  • Coaching exercises in expanding your creative heart

  • Supply list will be provided

Your Creative Practice
